20% For orders of 20 or more titles or a retail value of $500 or more.
10% For orders of 10-19 titles or a retail value between $250 - $499.

		Discounts apply to vinyl binders and conversions.
		But, vinyl binders and conversions don't count toward qualifying for discounts.
		Discounts do not apply to replacement cassettes & CDs.

SINGLE CASSETTE & CD REPLACEMENTS

We understand that cassettes and CDs will be lost and damaged in routine circulation, so we’ve devised a very easy and fast replacement service. Our service is one-stop for all 100+ audiobook publishers whose 8,000+ titles are listed on our website or in our catalog.

Free the First Year
We replace single cassettes and CDs from multi-tape/CD titles purchased from us FREE for one year.

Year Two and Beyond
After the first year, we replace single cassettes and CDs for $8.00 each, including shipping and handling.

Notes

		Replacements will be made as long as the title was purchased from us and is still “in print.”
		We keep track of your order history so you don’t need to supply us with proof of purchase.

LIBRARY PACKAGING

We convert titles into sturdy, attractive white vinyl binders that display the front and back covers from your audiobook. Vinyl binders provide excellent protection for more demanding institutional use. Please note that some titles do not require repackaging, so you will not be charged.
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for processed orders.

The largest vinyl binder available encases 15 cassettes. If a title requires more than a 15-cassette binder, multiples of smaller binders are used. (For instance, a 17-cassette title requires three 6-cassette binders.)

Notes

		If a title already comes in a vinyl binder, the option to purchase a binder will not be presented.
		If you choose "Please Don't Process" option during checkout, your order will include the appropriate sturdy, white vinyl binders and sleeves needed for the titles ordered. The titles will not be placed in binders.
		If you need final pricing before placing your order, please send us your order and indicate in the comment field that you'd like a bid.
		Volume discounts earned by your audiobook order will apply to library packaging.

		Private organizations may qualify with a minimum initial order of $200 and approval of credit.

Contact us and we will rush you a replacement and a postage-paid envelope for your return. Just return the individual cassette or CD, not the whole package.
