How can I replace my Playaway under the warranty?
If you originally purchased your Playaway directly from Audio Editions, please contact our customer support team to receive authorization for your return and to confirm that your Playaway falls under the provisions of our warranty. You will also receive a return form, which is required in order to process your replacement.
