Bleeding Kansas
Author: Sara Paretsky
Reader: Susan Ericksen

Christian fundamentalism slams up against Wicca in a tiny corner of Kansas. The 21st century is a bewildering place for the old-time families, where God and the land take priority over all. A feud, jealousy, grief, and exorcism combine in an explosive climax on Halloween. The author of Fire Sale takes a break from V.I. Warshawski. Winner of a Listen Up award from Publishers Weekly. "Powerful, emotionally genuine tale... Ericksen's expressive, sympathetic voice partners perfectly with [the] text."—Publishers Weekly   ยป Read More
