Synopsis:

The eyes of America are on lawyer Joseph Antonelli as he takes on a politically sensitive case, in the sixth legal thriller in a series. Nearly forty years ago, Thomas Stern Browning's girlfriend, Annie Malraux, fell out of a window, and the death was judged an accident. Now Browning is Vice President of the United States, and an unknown political enemy has forced a reexamination of Annie's death.
