Author Bio:

A native of Long Island, Nelson DeMille played football and ran track in high school. He attended Hofstra University for three years before joining the Army, serving in Vietnam as a Second Lieutenant and infantry platoon leader in the First Cavalry Division. After returning home from the war, he graduated from Hofstra, married, had two children, and after a divorce, married for a second time. DeMille is a member of the Authors Guild, the Mystery Writers of America, and American Mensa.
