Synopsis:

This globe-trotting political thriller is the third by author Allan Folsom. Raymond, an assassin serving as linchpin to an international conspiracy of world domination, goes on a bloody rampage in his attempt to escape custody, and is apparently shot to death during pursuit by the LAPD. One of the detectives on the scene, Dan Barron, is then asked by his superiors to do something he believes to be morally reprehensible, and rather than comply, he and his emotionally damaged sister Rebecca change their identities and begin new lives in England.
