Ian Fleming Audio Books

Ian Fleming -- an ex-banker, journalist, military man, secret agent, and author who preferred his Martinis shaken, not stirred -- was his own prototype for his fictional character, James Bond. 

This international man of letters was born in Mayfair, London, studied languages in Munich and Geneva, worked as a journalist in Moscow, and served with British Naval Intelligence during World War II. 

Fleming eventually settled in Jamaica, and it was here that he achieved worldwide fame as the creator of Secret Agent 007, James Bond. Fleming wrote 14 Bond novels and nine short stories featuring Bond, as well as the children's classic, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,
