A small Oregon town is rocked by a wheels-within-wheels case of art, fraud, and murder. When Stef dies in an accident in her studio, her estranged husband shows up with a contract granting him the right to sell her work. Gift-shop owner Marnie and her granddaughter Van are convinced Stef was murdered, and enlist the help of a New York City cop.
