Claire North is a pseudonym for Catherine Webb, a Carnegie Medal-nominated author. She has written novels in various genres, before publishing her first major work as Claire North, The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August, in 2014. It received rave reviews and an Audie Award nomination and was named a Washington Post Best Books of the Year selection. Her novel, Touch, was named one of the Washington Post Best Books of the Year for 2015.
