The poorest of her Benni Harper Ortiz series
- Clunky story is nonsensical. I won't spoil the story for those who want to read it, but the major story makes no sense at all (someone with an assumed identity for no particular reason), and the subplot feels tacked on with a lame conclusion. Writer's block perhaps? Or writing to a deadline? Save your money and buy one of Fowler's earlier books.
