Summary

Hannah

Hannah thought she had the answer to her problems and how she and Ford could be happy. But when they faced Ford's parents ultimatum, she knew she'd been wrong. Now her and Ford's relationship is broken, and she's not sure it can be fixed. She can only hope that Ford will keep his promise to her and meet her in the meadow after graduation.

Ford

One second Ford was the happiest he'd ever been, and the next it had been ripped out of his hands. Ford doesn't know what to do to mend his relationship with Hannah. All he knows is he loves her and doesn't want to be without her. But Ford can't even get Hannah to look at him. All she says it to keep his promise. He will. Ford will wait if that's what Hannah wants. He'll be in that meadow waiting for her.

Hannah and Ford have been through so much as a couple. All they want is to be normal teenagers in a normal relationship, but no matter how they've tried, it's been impossible.

Follow them as they finish their senior year of high school and make plans for the future and find their happily forever after.
